has anyone heard of "themepark connection"?

my DH always picks up a local paper when were on vacation
so this summer when we were at WDW he got the paper

in it there was an ad for this theme park connection that buys from the sound of the ad most things Disney from the parks

We go to a lot of thrift stores looking for Disney park things ourselves we have so much that a lot of times I don't remember we have something and when I see it Ill but it so we have a lot of duplacites

so Id like to sell it this place if their interested but I never of them so if anyone has any info on how they are to work with please let me know

I've never worked with them but they have an ebay store that I watch stuff on often with occasional bids that I never win.

I think I remember hearing on a disboards podcast that Kevin went to their store and bought something from them.

That's all I know about them. You should contact them and see what they say.

I have visited them. They have about 7,000 square feet of very packed selling area. They have everything from pins and very low cost paper goods up to items that are several thousand dollars. They even have a monorail car for sale (I don't know the price, but shipping will be at least $5,000).

They are legitimate and prices are negotiable, but they are not a thrift store.

I have been there 3-4 times. There are always people calling about selling things and people coming to sell things while I am there (they do have set hours for that so check first).

I've visited their warehouse a couple of times.I always find something there, they also have old issues of Orlando attractions magazine from before I subscribed.

Actually I found out about them through these boards. Pete Werner has quite a few pieces in his house that he has purchased through them. I heard it on one of their podcasts - they really have some neat stuff!

I always sell a few at rummage sales but it would nice to get rid of everything all at once
