This is Michael Thurman's 6 Week Body Makeover program. It is no dairy, no sugar, no white flour, no condiments (well there is a recipe board where you can make your own) no salt, no caffiene...
you eat 6 meals a day - per your 'body type' (the program gives you a list of questions and you are either an A, B, C, D, E) that lets you pick your food menu based on your body type - it would be easy to say that the main protein is fish - but you can have turkey, chicken, and beef - inmeasured amounts... egg whites are big protein, as is oatmeal (or grind it and use oat flour)
Its restricting your caloric intake as well (even with the 6 meals, the portions someone figured was giving between 1,000 - 1400 calories) The exercise plan is very sound imho - and they have a great support group online...
it works - IF you stick to it!
