Has anyone heard of Paradise Cay?

We are looking for a place to stay in March. We came across this on VRBO but can't find any reviews. It is newer Nov 06 build. We like Windsor Hills but very limited on availability. Any other townhouses that are highly recommended? We need a crib high chair & stroller in a 3br.
