Has anyone had troubles booking with southwest airlines?

I just tried to book some of my internal flights that are on sale, it gave me the option to pay with paypal so I did, but then it came up as an error on the southwest site.
So now I am stuck with paypal holding my money as pending - and they say it will take up to 30 days to release it if southwest don't claim it, or if it is just that southwest are slow.

I do have the money to rebook and pay by card if I need to, but am just wondering if anyone has had any problems when booking with southwest before?

I have sent an email and am waiting to hear back - grrr at time differences

34 mins later and Loving the US accent, it is all sorted, they are cancelling the paypal and I have to rebook with my card.
So my advice if your booking direct with southwest please don't use the paypal option
