This is how someone who PMed me described it...
"I can not remember the actual name of the dish (sorry) but it was very tasty. It had mushrooms, zuccinii (spelling?), green beans & some other veggies in it & then it was topped off with a crunchy topping, which was soy. I was very worried about this meal, but it turned out very good.
I don't know if the mashed potatoes normally are made with chicken broth or not but I mentioned to my server & she said she will make sure the potatoes don't have any broth in them. She brought a nice helping of mashed potatoes for me.
So just mentioned to your server.
LLT was really one of the nicest meal we had during our stay. The server was very friendly & knowledgeable when it came to the veggie meal.
