I got one to go through, but I can't get the second one to go through. If I click on the banner it says I already redeemed the promo (which I have, but only for one ticket)
I have emailed them 3 times about this already, and the only response told me to click on the banner (which I already explained to them did not work!!) or to go to my points and click on the special offers banner - which brings me to the same exact screen which says I already redeemed it.
Any ideas to get this to work?
Does anyone know another way to get a hold of them? They take forever to answer emails, and now opening day is about a week away
My kids are going to be so sad if we can't go because of this.
