The only restaurant that I know of is Le Bistro de Paris. Le Cellier would be amazing though. I love that restaurant. It has a beautiful atmosphere, good food, and it isn't all too big.

Yes, a few years ago I saw photos of someone's reception inside the 2nd floor portion of the restaurant in France (Bistro de Paris). I ~think~ I also saw photos of a reception (or some sort of private event surrounding a FTW) that was held on the 1st floor (Les Chefs de France). The events looked lovely, but the restaurants are lovely so it's probably not a complicated event to pull off.

I do not know what Disney's current rules are regarding the booking of these venues for a FTW. You will have to ask that question of them. But in the past it has been done so my fingers are crossed that it is still possible in some capacity.

By the way, I have also seen photos of private events that were held inside some unique places in the World Showcase. The events that were held inside the China pagoda were stunning. What a gorgeous venue (it has lovely tile work).

Ask your wedding planner. I have a friend that had their reception at the Bistro. I had mine during the day at CG, and others have had their's at Narcoosee's and Citricos. I think it may determine if you have night reception which restraunts are open at night. Le Cellier may not be an option as they would have to close the restraunt. It would be the same reason you could not have Cinderella's Royal Table for a reception. But that being said there is no reason not to ask!
