Has anyone had any good/bad luck with VILLA DIRECT??

I am in the very beginning stages of planning a Dec./2005 Disney trip. We have always stayed on site but we are looking for more room since there are 5, maybe 6 of us. We will have our own car.

Has anyone heard or dealt with this company before?? Their website is pretty impressive. You actually see pictures of the place you will be staying in. But ofcourse I am a little leary of dealing with anyone else other than Disney. Disney has treated us well over the years, but we are trying to cut costs this time, plus the room issue.

VillaDirect does not sell homes or get into the real estate business. They just manage homes and do a very good job.
They deal in very high quality homes and condos. You get what you pay for in rental homes and VillaDirect has only top of the line properties in my opinion. Our guests have had NO complaints.
