Has anyone gotten their luggage tags for Magical Express?

Just wondering. I saw on another thread that some haven't gotten theirs and their trips aren't very far off. Disney told me that we would get them about 21 days from our trip.

That's what Disney told me too! I'm at the 14 day mark and getting nervous! If I don't get them by Friday, I'm going to call again.

I had an undelivered FedEx yesterday, so since I signed for it they will leave it today. I was talking to Guest Services today and they said that was probably it. I only arranged for Magical Express on Monday, and we are arriving May 5, the day it starts! Totally coincidental. I didn't even know about The Happiest Celebration on Earth, or Soarin', or any of that stuff when I booked this trip. My daughter's school is closed on May 5 and 6, so I booked our first trip to WDW! DD (7) hasn't been to any Disney park yet! Can't wait!

Hi there~

I am going on May 8 and I haven't gotten my luggage tags for Disney's Magical Express yet either.

I called them today on their special 1-800 number and I got a really nice guy on the phone that said they have been delayed in the printing, but that I should be receiving mine very soon.

He did say that in the event I don't receive them, to just go to the Disney Welcome Center on Level 1A of the Orlando Airport upon my arrival and they will assist me in getting my luggage...i.e. they'll ask for a description of your bag. Be sure to keep your baggage claim stubs/stickers with your boarding pass.

He said it would be helpful for all travelers to put an identifyable "something" on their luggage such as a bright yellow ribbon of some kind as it would help in a quicker identification of your bags. It's also a good idea to put your resort name on your normal/generic luggage tags as that too could be helpful in identifying bags that need to go to Disney.
