Has anyone gotten OKW for 74 in 2007?

I am looking at the prices for OKW... there are some going for 74 dollars... is that possible? and make it through ROFR? This is for 2007...

There are quiet a few at OKW listed at 74.50, 74 and I saw one at 73.. I thought I got a deal last week at 75. I see the prices are dropping. February is a good time to buy, it looks like. Disney is busy with the new place... it looks like people are getting through ROFR.
