Has anyone got a fp for msep or fofp in May?

Has anyone managed to get a fp for msep or fofp in May as I go in less than 2 weeks and still haven't seen anything and wondered if I have missed them coming availible?

You haven't missed them. These do not become available until relatively close to the actual dates, unlike most everything else at 60 days prior.

Do we need to book an 8pm slot which we can then switch out when they do become available or can we switch any time slot for msep? I currently have splash mountain 2-3pm which I want to change for msep.

I think you can swap any time/attraction for it but if you have a fp already for that time it may not show. Although not 100% sure.

For our March trip, it was that way. I wanted a SM FP+ for 8-9 pm, but I was willing to give it up if Wishes became available (a 9:00 FP slot). I had to keep changing my SM one to 9:00 to look for Wishes. I was so afraid I'd get stuck with a 9:00 SM and no Wishes, but it finally showed up. What a ridiculous way to have to search for availability. Why can't I just click "show me what FP are available at x time"?? Sheesh. Hopefully they'll fix THAT at some point.

Just be sure you don't have something else in the 8pm-ish spot. I discovered this the hard way.....nothing for Illuminations would come up for me, but my friend was on her computer, with me on the phone and she was able to book it for her family. I then decided to delete all of the FP+ I had for the day to "start over" and see if that made it show up....and wham there it was. After the rush was over I started wondering why....and realized that I had a FP+ that would have overlapped....so it didn't even show me the option. At least that's the best I could figure out, lol.
