My solution is to hold a pillow over my husband's head until he stops snoring, or breathing, which ever comes first. Just kidding.
DH was diagnosed with sleep apnea after I kept going on and on about it. He did the sleep study just to prove I was wrong, but it turns out I'm right. That doesn't mean he'll agree to do anything about it or about the snoring, because he says it doesn't bother him. It bothers me, but he doesn't seem to care. I sleep in the family room half the time, but then he gets ticked off about that. He just doesn't get it.
He's snored whether fat or thin, sick or healthy, any time. He went to a workshop one time out in the Rockie, and they put him in a cabin all alone since no one else could stand to be in there with him. They could still hear him in the other cabins.
I sleep with ear plugs every night, but I still don't get a good night's sleep. They block some of the snoring, but I still get some of it, combined with the sound of the blood rushing in my eardrums.
