Just booked a trip in May for my boys and I direct from Toronto to Orlando for $330 rt/ each.
Did I do the right thing? Is the service good? Info please!
Thanks

Yes! You definitely did the right thing! I've flown YYZ to MCO three times and they are great. I've not had any problems with them. I've had great service from the flight attendants, they show movies during the flight, the kids get treat bags, and they give you food on the way to and from MCO(and it not just snack food!)... And the price you got is amazing!

I did fly with them to MCO once and they were amazing. We paid 250 each I beleive. We had an English Muffin going down and a cheese pizza coming back up, not the greatest food but way better than getting nothing or just snacks. As PP said, they did give out bags for the kids and chocolates and hot towel service. I would fly them again in a heartbeat.:thumbsup2

I flew with them once and they were fine. A little tight leg room wise but that's not uncommon.

We found the same thing. DH (6' 4" and a big fella) was quite cramped.

Otherwise, service was fine. No individual TV's, though, if I remember correctly (we used them in 2009, so its been a while) but they had Disney movies playing on a few small drop-down screens that were placed throughout the cabin.

If you aren't objected to driving to Buffalo..check the prices out of there on SouthWest next trip.
On average we pay $170-$200 per person~ direct ~round trip each from BUF-MCO

But out of YYZ that is a good price.
Everytime we've priced our Orlando flights out of YYZ its usually 2-3 times as much as it out of Buffalo.

I've had Sunwing as our carrier as part of vacation packages before. I'm 5'3" and I found the leg room limited. But then again its a short flight..and the Service was fine.

thats a great deal you got we have flew sunwing to other place and found there planes to be on the narrow and tight side.

we have flown through Buffalo numerous times but the difference in price was $150 to go through YYZ. We live 5 minutes from YYZ and I am towing my 2 DS (4,6) alone with me on a very early flight. Our van is a gas guzzler so my ex would have to drive from TO to BUF twice in a week. In the long run, I probably saved some $ and argo going Sunwing.
Plus... they already have short legs :):rolleyes1
