Yes, I did in December, from allentown. No problem at all other than a snow storm and a delay because of it , but the service and the price couldn't be beat. But they don't serve snacks, they serve soft drinks but you need to bring your own snacks. Sanford airport is small and clean , with signs all over , rental car agencies all onsite and easy way to get to WDW.
I've flown them several times out of Newburgh to Ft. Lauderdale and am flying them next month to Sanford. As stated, it is a no-frills flight so bring food, etc. to entertain yourself. Also, since it is a public charter flight there are some drawbacks. I've been told that they are not bound to the same conventions as other airlines in terms of putting you on another flight if their flight gets cancelled.
We flew them in March and they had trouble getting landing rights at other airports when Newburgh was fogged in. (This wouldn't be a proble mfor a major airline since they already have landing rights at many other airports).
For the price, (especially with their Club 59) we consider it worth the risk but .... buyer beware!
