Let me just add that I had another great JetBlue experience yesterday. My flight was delayed for two hours coming out of Orlando yesterday. Today, they e-mailed me a voucher for $50 for my inconvience! It was totally unexpected. I didn't complain or anything, nor did I plan to. They just sent me the voucher!
