We've been to WDW several times, and have considered doing a combo driving trip from D.C/WDW trip for 2016.
Since we fly in from California, we've always just used DME, but if we did the driving trip we would be able to explore a little more.
We enjoy kind of tacky, touristy places for the kitsch factor and one of the places we've found it Capone's in Orlando.
Outside of the fact that I think one of the Pod Squad used to work there, I know nothing about it. I've read mixed reviews on the internet, but I thought I'd throw it out to the DIS Boards and see if anyone out there has had any experience with this place.

...we went a few years ago (I think 2-3 now) and it was a fun evening out - we went in with pretty lowish expectations and the place met them. They didn't get stingy with drinks (they totally kept our cups filled) or food (although there could be lots of improvement on the taste) or low brow humor and they had a few nice musical and humor skits. Is it Hoop De Doo? Nope. Can it be a fun, cheapish evening if you go in with the right attitude - yup! Avoid all the extras and just enjoy it as it is...
