at the Anaheim Islander hotel. It gets good reviews on Trip Advisor and is fairly cheap :goodvibes

I try to stay on site whenever possible... Some of the outside hotels are shady.

What do you base this on? Have you stayed at this one previously? I have never felt the off site hotels were shady. lol

coughAmerica's Best Value Inncough ;)

OP- I really don't recall ever hearing about this hotel. :confused3 The website makes it look like a good place and I find Trip Advisor and like-sites are great for peoples opinions. If people are giving it agood review, then it's probably worth a shot.

Hopefully someone else can confirm that it is actually a good place to stay!

As a kid growing up Beach Bvld. and Harbror around Knotts and D Land were known for "illicit activities"... Beach was really bad, they've cleaned up quite a bit though...

I have not heard anything bad and my off site stays and hotel visits have been safe. Now if you mean shady as in tree filled shade um some are shady and protect you from the sun. Please in the future give us some facts as it is not nice to scare away the tourists who pay for the parks.
