HAs anyone ever stayed at Grand Palms condos in Kissimmee???

Wondering how these are. We can get a great price for Christmas. The pictures make it look very nice.

We stayed at Grand Palms in May. The area is nice, clean, and quiet. It is not a resort, more of a community with a pool and tennis courts. The condo we stayed in was wonderful. 2b/2b, full kitchen with all utensils and breakfast area, living area with tv/dvd, dining area for 6, large master with king bed, bath and tv/dvd, kids Mickey themed room with 2 twins, tv/playstation, washer/dryer, another bath. Both bedrooms have large closets.

All of the condos at Grand Palms are individually owned so the decor is different in each but the setup is the same. Some owners have put more into decorating than others. The area is nice. Grand Palms is very convenient to Disney with the new western way entrance. You can't beat the area for convenience and price.

We stayed at Grand Palms last year and will stay again in August. The condo we stayed in was lovely, owned by Sisters 4, LLC. We rented directly from the owners. It was very quiet. The pool area was very nice, and there are picnic tables and BBQ grills (charcoal, I think) in an area near the pool. It was a very short drive to WDW. We aren't going to WDW this summer, but liked the condo so much that we'll "brave" the drive into Universal and SeaWorld. The rates for that area can't be beat!
