Has anyone ever seen anything like this before?

This is a Mengel Playthings (circa 1930's) Mickey "Shoo Fly" rocker. I am trying to do some research on it, but can find almost nothing about it on the web.

I've provided photos on a public GDrive folder, since i can't link them here since I am too much of a noob.

Any information that can be shared would be greatly appreciated.

I think I have seen some info on these in one of my Tomart collector magazines. I'll check when I get home from work and scan it for you if I find it.

Looks like a really cool piece.
