Has anyone ever met Prince Eric? Desperate to plan a meeting...

Hi. My daughter, age three loves Ariel but I think she might just love Prince Eric a bit more! Everyone gets so wrapped up in meeting the Princesses - but how can you meet a Prince? i know he is on a parade float but wondered if he ever is available to meet? Thanks. Moppy

I have never seen him for a meet and greet. I have only seen him on parade floats and in MGM attraction Voyage of the Little Mermaid. When you get to a park you can always ask a CM.

I have heard that sometimes he makes an appearance at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. I hope so because that is one reason I booked a PS there.

I've seen Prince Eric only once and that was way back in 1994. He and Ariel were at MGM Studios in front of where the Villains shop is now. This was before the Grotto was built at MK so both of them were very rare back then and it was so exciting to meet them and get their autographs. I've heard that you can sometimes (although rarely) find him with Ariel at her Grotto now or near Voyage of the Little Mermaid when it is under rehab.

Prince Charming has been at the dinner seating for 1900 Park Faire everytime we've been, but he is the only prince we've met. I wish there was a place to meet the princes, but I've not found one

We met Prince Eric at the Mother's Day brunch in May. I was surprised to see him, since we've never seen him in our previous trips to WDW.

I consider Prince Eric so rare that I don't even entertain any hope of ever finding him! I love to look for characters, but Eric I don't even bother to try!

I do remember that someone here had a photo of Eric and Ariel in the grotto, so I guess he's been there at some point!
