HELP! :earseek: I can NOT find my dd's AP, and I'm wondering if Disney will reissue her one? I'm afraid that I accidentally threw it out when I tossed my expired AP! :rolleyes1

Thanks for any help!

i've lost, washed, bent, folded, burned, trashed and generally abused the living daylights out of several AP's. Once, DW forgot to take hers down and didn't even realize it till we were about to enter epcot. All it takes is a picture id. Go to the guest relations window at the park and in just a few minutes you should have a brand new AP!

I didn't loose one, but all 4 of my families AP. We were walking off the tram car when DH asks"Can I have my pass." " What pass? I thought you had them? " I ask very innocenlty. " NO, I gave them to you." DH insists. " OH Yeah, you did." Well I'm in trouble. Wait! I rembered reading here on DIS that DIsney is great about these things! So I go to Customers relations and they issued us all new AP's! Got to Love Disney oh yeah and the cm.

By the way the lost tickets were in the glove compartment in my car! :confused3

The DIS saved my life and reputation a couple of weeks ago while we were at WDW. We arrived at MGM for EMH and realized I didn't have the kids' AP's. Ooops. "NO problem kids----I know from the DIS that we just have to march over there to Guest Services and they'll give us new ones!" Total time wasted: less than 5 minutes (showed my picture id and told them the names and birthdates of the kids). Actually, everyone was impressed because the new tickets are a special 50th anniv. version with cool pictures of the new rides.

My husband rode the water mice at the Polynesian when we were down there in August. Needless to say, even being in his back pocket he got it wet from the water waves. He took it Guest Services before entering MK and they replaced it for free. He presented his "soaked" AP pass and showed a photo ID and there was no problem replacing it!

During our June visit I left my dd's AP at the fast pass for Test Track. I was busy talking with the CM there and didn't retrive it after getting the fast pass. It wasn't until we went to re enter Epcot that I realized that I had lost it and I knew that is where I had left it. We just went to member services and they were able to pull up my dd's info. Since all Ap holders are in the data base she was able to just print another. I inquired about the pass left in the fast pass terminal and she noted that it is just another piece of paper since a new one had been issued. Gotta love that system!

Lose it, have it re-printed, then the old one will forever show up as a voided ticket. If you ever find it, throw it out. :p

Oh I know... I just word it that way so that they know the ticket is absolutely nothing anymore. A lot of people don't realize that it transfers everything onto the new ticket.

During our first wk in Aug I left mine in a fastpass machine. Realized later when I went to get another FP. Went to guest services, showed ID and they gave me a new one. No problem - they said it was easier w/APs (than MYW ticks) as the info is in the computer.

I've lost/misplace/accidentally destroyed my AP 5-6 times this year alone! (Whats wrong with me!)

Its very, very easy to get it replaced.

Yes, man does your tummy flip/flop but don't worry. I have lost mine and that was easily replaced by showing my picture ID but like you I worried when I lost my dd's since she obviously dosen't have picture ID.

When I called they said I would just need my picture ID at guest relations and that was indeed the case. We did this at Epcot in Dec 04 and it was no more than 5 minutes tops until we had the new AP and were in the park.

Is there a place to do this at the International entrance to Epcot? We are staying at Boardwalk for the first time and I am thinking that I'll probably have to go to the front entrance of the park to replace my AP.

Thanks

Anywhere that sells the annual passes can reprint them.

For those with damaged annuals: If you can still read the numbers on the pass, definately bring it with you! It's easier for the CM to possibly scan the ticket ( if the mag strip is still working, then it's only 2 buttons, and out pops a new pass ). or read the numbers off the ticket ( two buttons, and type the info ). Sometimes it takes a while to find names to match birthdays and addresses in the system, even more so with similar last names. You wouldn't beleive how many "Smiths" are in the system. Also, just take a mental note of how your name appears on your pass.

If your name is Jack C. Smith, it should be "SMITH/JACK C"
