Yep. Saw a picture of a rib-eye steak from Yachtsman (I think that's where it was) that looked almost pure fat. And functionally raw as well. Never ever ordering a rib-eye from there or anywhere else.
And another time saw a scallop entree that had only TWO scallops on the plate. As a picture it was ok, but told me that $15.00 per scallop was a bit too much for that entree.
