Has anyone ever had

pizza delivered from off property to your resort? Is it allowed and do they deliver right to your room if allowed. We have had the pizza from the resorts and although not bad, it really wasn't our favorite.

For most resorts due to security reasons this has been discouraged.

In October '01 we stayed at Disney Institute and ordered Domino's pizza which was delivered right to our door.

I'm not sure what the current policy is, but back then it was allowed.

Yes, when we stayed in OKW in 2003 we had Dominoes delivered. We actually got their number from the yelloew pages in the room.

I seem to remember seeing little advertisments on the tables at one of the value resorts. I think it was Dominos, but I'm not sure. I never ordered, but I thought it was cool that you could. The I remember it was that it would be delieverd right to your room.

We been eating pizza at Crocketts Tavern for many years. Long ago, you got in line, got a pizza shell and put what you wanted on it and were charged by the little dishes of toppings. At the end, they took your name, first name only and scribed it on a piece of tin foil. From there it went into a chain conveyor, blast furnace oven and by the time you paid, it was out and done. Did this every night after 9pm. Thats gone but Crocketts is still there and serve about the best pizza in WDW, and pitchers of beer, bar area holds about30 people and is out of the way, campers eat at their own sites I guess and its still served after 9pm. Give it a whirl!!

We ordered Dominoes this past December we were staying in the contemporary tower, and we had seen like 3 different delivery guys out front LOL So of course my kids wanted pizza my husband got the number from one of them called from our cellphone and then my DH just met the guy downstairs and then brought it up to the kiddies .

We had Giordano's pizza delivered to CR last October. The delivery man will call when he arrives to the lobby then you must go down to get it. Giordano's is deep dish Chicago pizza. It is delicious, much better than Domino's. We kept leftovers in the fridge and used a microwave from the food court to warm it for a late snack.
