Has anyone ever emailed Milesource

concerning not getting credit for shopping points? I emailed them over a week ago and have not yet received a response. My purchase was made over a month ago and I should be receiving 180 points. Should I email them again or wait?
 
Be VERY surprised if you ever get an answer! They are not well known for good customer service. Also be VERY surprised if you ever get credit. Some do get credit, but the majority of people, including me, do not. That is why I do not participate in their program anymore.
 
I finally received my shopping miles from milesource after e-mailing them 3 times and waiting about 2 months from the time I placed my order. They did give me about 120 extra miles. (I should have I'm not sure if that was a mistake, but I won't ask. I was just happy they were actually awarded. I have yet to cash in on my miles, but I hope that will work ok. My suggestion is to be persistent, eventually they will notice you.
 
I still to this day have not received any of my award miles from shopping through Milesource. I did a lot of shopping back in Jan. & Feb. and NONE of it was ever credited to my account despite emails to them. I wouldn't even bother with them except click fix. Occasionally I'll do a jumbo get - have been credited for the majority of those.

With Christmas approaching, I'm not sure who's the best reward program to shop through - Mypoints or Blink? Has anyone shopped "successfully" with either of these programs?

I have shopped though blink and mypoints and have never had a problem with Blink. It just takes forever to cash out so I stopped shopping through them.
Mypoints will credit you but it is slow 30-60 days. Usually you get credit for the purchase with in 30 days but then you have to wait for the points to be "spendable" this can take an additional 30 days. So if you need to to cash out for a trip etc, be sure to do any shopping way in advance.
 
Just to let you all know, I received my shopping points from milesource. They sent me the standard "We got your request and will contact you shortly" email the same day I sent my request. I was never emailed but today when I logged into my account, it was credited with the 180 points. Only took a week. Hurray. So to those of you who never got your points, I suggest contacting them. Good luck.

I have had some problems with them, too. About 2 1/2 weeks ago I recieved an e-mail from them stating that I was a runner-up in their shopping spree sweepstakes. It said that 500 award miles should be in my account. Well, when I checked my account the 500 miles HAD been credited, but were also subtracted on the same day! I e-mailed them at 2 separate addresses and received the the usual "we have received your e-mail and someone will be contacting you" responses from both. It has now been over 2 weeks and noone has contacted me.
A newer problem: I made a purchase from Discovery Store.com basically because the site stated that you would earn 500 pts. Well I just noticed that the purchase has been credited- with 2 award miles per dollar, not the 500 pts promised. I guess I will try calling now, as noone seems to be having much success with the e-mail situation!
That said, I have never (before) had a problem with points being credited. I have made several other purchases through them, and was always credited eventually, although it sometimes took about a month. I am only a little shy of getting my $50 gift certificate, and then I'm quitting!
