Has anyone ever downgraded

We took a chance and did the GTY 10 with a cat 7 and ended up 5 decks apart. Sailing is full, but I noticed that two cat 10's on deck one have opened up. I was wondering if they would refund the cat 7 price if I switched to a cat 10?

I would think if you are still beyond the 60 day mark you should have no problem changing and getting a refund.
