Has anyone ever done this at Coral Reef?

My DS6 is a very picky eater. If I get an ADR for lunchtime, can I call ahead and ask them to have something that I know he would eat available (ie, pb&j or hot dog?) The other four of us will be very happy with the menu.
Thanks in advance!!

I think all of the restaurants have children's menus- even if they aren't a published thing. For instance, when we were at Ohana, DS didn't like the meats and they brought him out a pb&j sandwich and fries.

DD12 was a picky eater, and they brought her a grilled cheese (not on the menu) at Cindy's, but this was 5 years ago, when she was 7.

I think she got plain pasta too someplace, when the closest thing on the menu was Mac and Cheese.

You could call that day in advance, to check. Or, he could eat before at one of the counter places, and just have dessert while you eat? We did that at the French restaurant in World Showcase. (Of course, my mother was angry at me for letting the kids eat beforehand, but that's just my mother... )

Jorodopo-I am looking at a Coral Reef child's menu from our Dec trip. Child's lunch entrees include grilled chicken breast, catch of the day, pizza, and pasta. Most places at Disney are very accomodating about menu changes, but the staff was very snobby when we were there last month. I won't elaborate as I've posted elsewhere; in a nutshell, the food was great but the service was awful. Really great view of the aquarium and pretty restaurant, but rethink it if you're on a tight schedule. Have a great trip!
