Has anyone ever done a WDW for DL ticket exchange at a Disney Hotel?

According to mouse savers, I can exchange days on my WDW hopper for a ticket to DL .
But I have to do it day by day, and do the exchange the same day I use the ticket.

If I could do this at the hotel it might be worth doing.
If I have to wait in line each morning at the ticket booth, it might not be worth doing.

Has anyone ever done this at the hotel?

No, I don't believe the hotel can help with this. Also, you don't exchange it at the ticket booth. You just use it at the gate. It will take a few minutes while another cast member comes to get the ticket, takes it away to scan it and subtract a day from it, and then returns with your ticket. You'll receive another ticket to use in fastpass machines for the day since your WDW ticket wouldn't work there. Hope this helps!

As long as it's unused or has the non-expiration option, you can switch out days for DL. However, you must wait in the line each day while they call WDW to handle subtracting 1 day from your pass.

We're just going to buy the DL tix, when i priced out our savings it'd only be $75 for 3 of us over 4 days.

I have done this. You do not have to wait in line at the ticket booth.
You just go to the gate. They take your tickets run to their offices and come back with a new ticket for you for that day so you can you fast pass and give you your old tickets back if they still have days left on them.

Really it was easy took about 5 minutes if that.
