Has Anyone Ever Attended WDW Golf Classic

Hi all - My husband and I are heading to WDW for the Funai classic. Can anyone give me any idea what to expect. He's a big golf freak - I'm not! We do have tickets for Sat & Sun. I'm really looking for advise about dining on sight vs off sight etc. Is it crazy? Should we stay away from the parks etc.

I went when it was the National Care Rental. It was pretty crowded. Of course we followed Tiger for 9 holes, then left and followed some others after that. It was a great time. Only was crowded around Tiger if ya ask me.
We got there early in the morning and then left around 1pm.
We went to MK and spent 4-5 hours and then went to Epcot. I really didnt notice a different in crowds in the parks, but like I said this was a few years ago, maybe around the year 2000.

I recommend seeing it if you like golf, but if Tiger is there again, only watch him for a while, then get away from his crowds, and enjoy more of what else is going on.

DH is not a big Tiger fan. Phil Mikelson (he's a lefty too) is more likely to get our company - lucky him! I was curious about the time to go to watch as well. Thanks for that idea as well.
