has anyone else not seen there bffs in forever?

two of my bffs (Macey and Angela) have been best friends since elementary school. now we each go to different schools. I haven't seen them since the weekend before school started when Angela and I slept over Macey's house boat. my birthdays come and gone, and since my house is getting an addition put on i couldn't have a birthday party. I got my first cell phone for my 14th bday, so now I talk to them a lot. Anyway, I'm going to see Angela at her school musical (Little Shop of Horrors) next weekend.

Just wondering....

Yep.
I don't go to school because of my cancer.
Too many peope and too many risks for infection.
I miss my friends SOOOOOOO much.
But I know that I can either go to school,possibly get an infection and die,or stay home and get better.

Sucks doesn't it?

But imabrat your making me really sad. And it makes me want to come over there and beat doctors and all until they make a cure for cancer.

It's terrible you have to live like that.

Hey,it may suck now,but I would rather have it when I were young as opposed to when I were elderly.

true, my voa had it when she was older. I guess it would be easier to deal with when your younger, but yeah it must stink.

Yep my I havent seen my BFF for 3 years she moved to Illinois in 5th grade and we were going to see her this summer and i wasnt able to since we had to get straight to the dance competition since out flight was delayed and we didnt have other time to see her but i'm most likely going down there next year just to see her

Yea about four years ago I went away to boarding school and my best friend whom I've known pretty much my whole life stayed in public school. So I started seeing her less. And then last year I moved to Texas so I now I barely ever see her. The last time I saw her was the weekend before school started in September and the next time i'll see her is probably at my graduation.

Yeah. Erica and I are like sister's we're so close, but I only see her once or twice a year because we live at opposite ends of the state. We went to middle school together and then I moved, but we try to get together as much as possible.

Not really, I see my friends at school all the time.
But I have lost lots of good friends this year.
Some because of stupid things and others because of stuff that just piled up.

Well, not in forever. Depends on the friend.

I go to a different school than all my friends back at home. I went through a real funk a couple weeks ago. I've been talking to them more, I've seen most of them over a 2 week period, so I'm better.

You just have to take the time out of your day to talk to them.

After I graduated, I lost contact in most of my best friends from high school. We all attend different colleges now. Since then, I have made new friends and new best friends so while you may be missing the ones you've always known, there is always someone else there
