Has anyone else not gotten their pin from using the Disney Visa?

My card has the Charter CardMember on it, I applied when it first was offered. I had read previously that some people got them right after or before they got their first bill. Well we got our bill this past Saturday but still no pin. Does anyone know who I should call, or e-mail? I would assume that it would be Disney and not the credit card company, but I am not sure.

Did you apply before March 24? To receive the pin, you had to have applied by then. Even though those who have applied since still have "Charter Cardmember" on the card, they don't qualify for the pin.

It took about three weeks to receive the pin after we made our first purchase with the card.

I applied the first day they were offered, my first purchase was on 3/22, so I know I would be entitled to the pin.
I wonder if they ran out of them?
