Has anyone eaten at the Red Oven lately?

I'm wondering about the orders/seating procedure at the Red Oven for eat in (not take-out). Seems to change every time I've gone. Last time, we waited for a table first and then ordered online at the table. Time before that, we ordered online and then waited for a table. Time before that, we waited in a line, ordered at the counter, then waited for a table which a hostess took us to.

How are they doing it now?

I went twice last week and ordered ahead of time. I just sat down at whatever table I wanted and told the app I was there. I did not see any hostess seating people.
