Has anyone done the 'Trainer for a Day'

Hi everyone!
My fiance and I did the Dolphin Swim at Discovery Cove last month, and we had such an incredible time. We will be going back next February and wanted to get information about the "Trainer for a Day" experience. Has anyone done this? How much interaction do you have with the Dolphins. Any information would greatly be appreciated!
