Wow, I can't imagine doing this diet. Are you aware that it only allows 500 calories per day? Eating that few calories I am sure will create weight loss, but...geez, I don't know about the health and safety of it. I would suggest you have a lengthy consult with your doctor about why he/she suggests this diet over other plans out there that seem much more liveable (which is the key for long term success).
