Has anyone done mostly quick service during Christmas week?

We had the DDP with one sit down dinner 2 years ago at Christmas. This year if we go we would just do mainly quick service b/c sit down took up too much of our time. For QS lunch we ate around 11:30 and had no problems getting tables. How bad is it for dinner around 5:30?
