Has anyone done Aquatica?

Did you like it? Better than the Disney waterparks (which we have yet to do)? How long did you spend there? What were the lines/crowds like?

it 2 months after it opened.. it was a great place, its alittle small, but the 2 wave pools are awesome!! i got there at 9am to 2:00pm there's much to do.. there wasnt too many people when i went.. but i heard early june it fills up quickly.. if you check out my website you can get an idea of what we saw here's my blog:

I went in August last year and it's a nice place. I think I was expecting a bit more with it being the newest water park. Not many ground breaking rides and don't get me started on the dolphin plunge one, but all in all a pleasant, clean place and nice to go to for a few hours

We went and loved it! As a family of tots and teens we needed something to entertain us all and it really did, lots of different types of slides, and some great kiddy areas, we stayed all day long!

First time we went march 31st it was not to busy just right, we decided to go back a second time in our second week as we enjoyed it so much, we wern't exactly late heading out left at 9am but EVERYBODY it seemed was heading to Seaworlds direction to day and we hit a ton of traffic on the I4 by the time we reached Aquatica it was shut and had reached full capacity.

I have a 7 year old daughter and when dealing with that age group I thought it blew the Disney Water parks away. My daughter did everything at Aquatica where there is some she won't do at the Disney parks. The lazy rivers are great along with all the slides.............

By the way, I have never been to a park where my daughter did everything until Aquatica...... we did everything multiple times. I hate wave pools but actually loved them here because they don't allow tubes and you aren't getting beat up the whole time. I love Aquatica!
