Has anyone ever tried dehydrating rhubarb and preserving it this way and how did you do it?
I'm a little paranoid with this new terrorist concerns about the electricity supply and I'd like to dehydrate some of the fruits/veggies and not rely on the freezer entirely. Isn't it a shame to think this way?
