Has anyone been successful in checking in online with SWA? I have heard a couple reports of people trying and not being able to get through, but none of successful attempts? Anyone? And if you did, did you get an A,B, or C? Just trying to decide if I should try this in a few days or not.

why not try it? I believe you can cancel it.

Really? You can cancel? That would be great. I think I will try, this is the first time we will not be able to preboard with DD, So I am a bit nervous. Still interested if anyone has been successful though.

I was successful with my reservation but not my wife's. They were separate reservations. I spoke to several SW reps. They don't have all the bugs out, there are only so many internet boarding passes available per flight (20-30) some requests are rejected for security reasons and some are randomly rejected for security reasons.

I was not successful. I got up at 12:00 a.m. on Monday for our 7:00 a.m. flight. I was not able to checkin on-line. However, we arrived at the airport two hours before our flight and received an "A" boarding pass.

Yesterday, we got to Orlando airport 2.5 hours early and again received an A boarding pass at the counter.

By the way, I was really happy we got to Orlando Airport so early, because the Security line was REALLY long. There were hundreds of people in line to get through security. I was not worried because we had plenty of time. However, there were people in line who were getting nervous because they didn't anticipate the long line and didn't get to the airport early enough.

Thanks for the expierences everyone. Still deciding... We usually get to the airport 2 hours ahead of time anyway, so I may just check in curbside.

I checked in online on 2-9. I tried at 12:00 est and was told an error was made. I realized it was not 12:01 and it was successful. There is a number printed at the bottom and we had #'s 1,2,3. We stayed at the Beach Club sat night and had a 5:15pm flight on Sundat, I went to the front desk about 11:30 am on Sun and they printed out my boarding passes for me, this time we were 4 & 5. Both times we got A's.

I have had two successful and one unsuccessful. My one unsuccesful was when I tried at 12:15 am.

I would not get up or stay up for the 12 am try based on my experience.

On a side note, I wonder how long it will be until the hotel front desks quit doing this for people. I can't imagine how much time this must take. While I like that they do it, I think it is a little much to expect.

I think I'm going to call SWA the evening before our flight and see how full it is and if there aren't many I may just try to print everyone's boarding passes when we wake up; otherwise, I may just set the alarm for 11:55pm and print them at 12:01. I hope more people chime in with their experiences.
