My Croc story: this past December when we went I forgot my crocs at home 9I know, I know, how can you forget the crocs?). All I had were flip flops, and after day 1 my feet and legs ached. I was in the phone book yellow pages trying to figure out how to get to a mall. The next day we were at Epcot and a CM told me they didn't sell them in Disney stores but to check the hotel across from Downtown Disney. So we hopped a bus, go to the hotel shop, they didn't sell them, so I found a computer, got onto the DIS and did a search on where to buy them at WDW. And found out that you can buy them at Rainforest Cafe!! Not too many color choices though, lime green and hot pink. So I got myself a new pair of limes and my feet & legs were in heaven the rest of the week!

Just curious if they actually sell them in a Disney store and if I walked right by it!

LOL I originally bought my crocs because I was pregnant and my feet were killing me. They were so ugly but so comfy. Now I have new Mary Janes and I wish I had them last year. I don't think I'll wear my Caymans anymore.

I bought my father some from a shop inside AK park but they only had the black and red ones. There was more choice for children though.

Can I ask a question? You mentioned that since you bought Mary Jane's you won't go back to your Cayman's. I bought my first pair of Crocs just a couple weeks ago, Cayman's. I was extecting a little more cushion on the heel, the main reason I bought them was for some hamstring aches I've been having. Are the Mary Jane's more comfortable? I was contemplating getting the Crocs RX, and still might before our Disney trip.

Any advice or tips??

THANKS!!!

We were there last month and saw a kiosk that sold Disney crocs right outside Innoventions at Epcot.

I was just there on Saturday, 3/31 to Sunday, 4/1.

At The World of Disney - For adults black/red, red/black, pink/peral
For children blue/green, red/black, pink/purple(?) plus they had jibbits (i can never get the spelling right :rotfl2: )

I can't think of the store's name, but it is like a beach shop at DTD and they had blue/green for kids.

AK - I saw a stand with several pair

I saw Disney Crocs for sale in all four parks.

Hi! Different poster, but I have several styles of Crocs, and feel I can help you with your question.

The Cayman and Beach styles have more padding on the sole of the shoe, and the footbed is more arched, orthodic style than the MJs. I like my MJs, but for walking all day at the WDW parks, the Cayman and Beach models were more comfy.

I brought all 4 styles I own, and wore all of them on our trip in Jan- my Disney Beach style were the most comfy, followed closely by the Caymans. The MJs were OK for the first 1/2 of the day, but my feet got tired and achy by about 10 hours into the day. I tried wearing the Athens (flip flop) style, but I have "between the toe stuff" issues- :rotfl: - so they didn't cut it. I think I only managed a couple of hours in them before I had to switch out.

My "Walking WDW in Crocs" ratings:
1. Beach- very cushy and comfy
2. Cayman- comfy, but narrower on the foot- rubbed a bit after a full day
3. MJ- could "feel" the pavement through the sole after a full day- not as cushy
4. Athens- last only because of the thingy between the toes- the sole is very cushy and comfy

I haven't tried any of the Rx types, but I would think they'd be wonderful- they seem to be even more cushioned than other Crocs. Good luck!!:thumbsup2

Those of you who saw crocs for sale, were they just Disney crocs?? If so that might explain it, they didn't come out until after we got home. I swear, there were no crocs for sale when I was there except for at both Rainforest Cafes.

I love the Mary Janes just because they're thinner. I have a narrow foot and the Caymans just feel so bulky! Plus the MJ's seem a little more stylish :)

There is also a Croc store located at MCO if you are flying into Orlando.

Does anyone know if the Disney Crocs sold in the parks cost more than they do online or in the mall? I really want these for my dd and I but I can't find the pink ones anywhere. Maybe we can just pick them up at Disney...

Does anyone know if the Disney Crocs sold in the parks cost more than they do online or in the mall? Yes, I think they were $5 more than the $29.99 usual Crocs price.
