Hi

Has anyone used Orlando Ticket Deals Ltd based in London.
Would love to hear your views.

Cheers

Hi Welshlady (is it Debbie??)

Good to see you're not going for the Theme Park Land tickets after my reply about them going bust!

With regard to Orlando Ticket Deals, I just ordered yesterday the 4 park Orlando flex ticket from www.orlando-ticket-deals.co.uk. This must be the same company??

Anyway, when I phoned I asked if they had the tickets in stock and could dispatch straight away (I am so paranoid now!!) and they said they had loads of tickets there, so I went ahead and ordered them. They say I'll have them by Friday.

So why dont you wait until I put a thread on, saying Ive got the tickets. At least then that'll put your mind to rest a bit.

By the way, Barclaycard have now fully reimbursed me for my loss with Theme Park Land!!! Hooorayy!!!

Thats why Ive started re-ordering!!

Wish me luck, hope they arrive!!

Hi. I've recently bought Disney Hopper and Discovery Cove tickets from them for a reasonable price and they've all arrived when the said they would. No problems.

Hi Lorraine

Yes it is Debbie and after your posting I wouldn't touch themeparkland with a barge pole.

After reading your other postings I am also paranoid about which company to buy tickets from. A friend phoned (she'd seen my posting to you) and told me about all the postings and the reimbursement problems. She advised me to check with my credit card company to see if I would be covered if anything happened with orlando-ticket-deals.co.uk. So I am now planning to do this first but I will wait to see if your tickets arrive soon too.
I was a bit worried as Orlando-ticket-deals.co.uk. are not ABTA bonded but they have posted a reason for this on their site.

And we have a Dis board user who has received tickets from them - thanks Brigadoon for letting us know.

cheers

Debbie

Hi again Debbie.

I did see that Orlando Ticket Deals were not ABTA bonded, but to be honest being ABTA bonded made no difference to my claim with Theme Park Land.

I ordered from them originally thinking all would be well due to being ABTA bonded, but when they went bust I contacted ABTA first. They just sent me a letter saying that because I had paid by credit card, ABTA could not cover my claim, and I would have to contact the credit card company direct.

So ABTA were really no help at all. It made no difference whether they were bonded or not.

So with regard to Orlando Ticket Deals, I just thought that if something did happen to them, I would be able to get my money back if paid by credit card. It has been a hassle, and Barclaycard were trying everything they could to get out of paying, but at the end of the day with proof that the company had folded, and proof that I paid in full with my Barclaycard, they just had to pay up.

Anyway, I'll be eagerly awaiting my post this coming week!

I've just brought my tickets through Mercury Travel on the internet.
A 5 day hopper plus was £146 and I received the tickets within a week. Also brought busch gardens/seaworld combined tickets with them.
just a recommendation for you to look at

Gill
