Has anyone booked two rooms with different arrival dates using a code and pin?

I received a code and pin via email about 6 weeks ago and booked WL for 5 days in December. Now my sister and her family want to come, but they are arriving a day later.

CRO will not allow me to book two rooms with different arrival dates. Does anyone have any ideas or ways I can still get the discount for them?

Just a thought....try booking the reservation with the same dates and then the next day try to change the arrival date. Once you just get the reservation into the system maybe there will be fewer checks on the reuse of the code. If not, you can always cancel the second reservation. Also, do not tell them the second reservation is for your sister but act like you just need a second room so the family is not so cramped. Let us know how it goes.

I agree with calling and reserving the other room for the same dates and then calling back in a couple days to have the first night taken off.

However, I think they will ask who will be in the room and you'll have to give your sister's family names. But if you pay for the two rooms, everything should be alright. (They could pay you back).

Thanks for your advice! I actually called today and found a CM that said "I COULD" book another room with a different arrival date, the only stipulation is that the person with the code needed to check in first. No problem with that.

But when she looked for availibility using the discounted rate code, there was none at the WL. Boy, talk about being on a high and then crashing.

I will keep calling back and see if anything comes up over the next few weeks.
