Has anyone booked through complete orlando

hi we booked though them but booking ref/ resevation number not reconised on disney sites only if go through link on complete orlando site, so starting to panic. So if anyone has used them please reasure us all.

I have booked my September trip through CO. Ask them for your 12 digit Disney reference number. They gave it to me within a day or two. I found all my details on the Disney site okay (although they list my tickets as MYW plus Dining as the Disney US website can't handle the UK specific tickets).
So far their customer service has been spot on.

You're on the wrong Disney website Hon. You need to be on www.mydisneyreservation.com. It will for your number, which you enter and at some stage on the first page they ask how you booked. Click Through a group or convention. This is where I made the mistake intially thinking it was a travel agent, but it has something to do with the special UK tickets.

We booked via Complete Orlando for our August'11 holiday and they have been brilliant so far. They provided me with my 12 digit number and a couple of weeks back successfully made all my ADRS online. I used this web page:
