Has anyone booked through CAA?

We booked our trip through CAA and we leave a week from Monday. I still have not received anything other than the original reciept that I paid for the package. We are using ME and don't have tags, tickets or anything. We phoned and she said that Disney sends everything out to them and than they send it to us. I'm starting to panic.

We always book through CAA and usually get our stuff 2 weeks ahead-just picked mine up for Feb 11. She always calls us when it comes in and I drop in and chat with her for awhile. Try calling on Monday and check.

We just received our ME package (delivered by FEDEX) yesterday. We leave on Wednesday. I booked through Disney not CAA.

Has anyone tried getting a CAA rate from Disney direct?

We are returning to Disney this November, and are trying to decide which way to book.

You can get CAA rates with Disney reservations but *I think* that is for room-only not packages. Also, be persistant when you ask for a CAA discount. They usually have to put you on hold to go look up the correct code. If your agent says it is not available - call back and you'll have another agent. It's there - they just need to be willing to find it for you. I saved 15-20% off rack rate when I booked POR. (Sorry - I can't remember exact amount) We booked room only. When we switched to WL we booked room+MYW+dining it was a discounted rate at the time so we wouldn't have saved anymore booking seperately and getting CAA discount.
