I just booked a room, put in my cc info and after almost 10 minutes I'm still getting the "pleas wait while we booke you reservation" message. Is that normal?

I booked on Sunday. It only took about a minute for mine to go through. I don't know what to tell you. With CRO and Guest Services being closed for the night you cannot find out if it went through or not. If you book again, you may double book. Hopefully it all works well for you.

the session timed out so I tried it again. This time I booked CSR but my confirmations says CBR. I'm ready to scream

my reservation does not show a discount yet. Should I be looking somewhere else for that?(other than my vacation section)
