Has anyone booked rooms through disneyvacationguide.com?

They have a l ot of rooms with the fall promotion available, and apparently after you make your reservation with them, it goes directly to the hotel. The only catch is you pay for the rooms up front and there is no cancellation policy. Has anyone used them?
