We want to go when the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival/Flower Power Concerts are on.

This might be for next year if it all sounds good! :)

What were the crowds and weather like?

Anyone want to share their experiences with me...

I highly recommend the Epcot Flower and Garden show - it is stunning.:D

The crowds around Memorial Day are pretty heavy. The weather is hot and humid with alot of rain. But the mornings are always nice, so get up and around early.:D

I love going that time of year. Epcot is at it's prettiest.:sunny:

We went over mothers day this year and it seemed busier than I expected. I have heard that early may or late April are usually good. It was beautiful!

Three May/June trips for us, they are super! Not as much rain as later in the summer/fall, lighter crowds. It's still hot though.

We were there Last week of April - first week of May and it was great. The only time anything was really crowded was the MK on Saturday. During the week, the longest we waited in a line was 5 minutes. We usually go in November and the crowds were about then same, maybe a touch heavier. Weather was great and would go back during this time without question.

I was there the week of May 17th this year and last, and the crowds weren't bad at all (except for at MGM on Saturday because of the Star Wars festivities). Early to mid-May would probably be a great time for you because it is after everyone's spring breaks but before school gets out for the summer in most parts of the U.S. And the weather hasn't heated up too horribly yet.

I've been during May twice and it was great both times!

We went around the 15th of this year, and I realyl enjoyed it. THe crowds weren't bad at all, really, and the weather was nice. Epcot was never crowded, and the flowers were beautiful!

I've been twice so far. The trip in Early May was nicer (weather and crowds) than late May (around Memorial Day). Definitely a beatuiful time to go no matter what!

Sounds good to me - anyone else?

If you could include your dates it would help me out deciding!

We were there May 6-13, 2003...GREAT!!! We thought the crowds were rather small - we waited 45 minutes for Splash once because the posted wait time said 15. Other than that, we only waited over 10 minutes for one ride - Jungle Cruise without FP. There happened to be record high temps that week - upper 90's the whole time, but that's what mini fans are for, right? We're headed back same time next year - quite worth checking the kids out of school for a few days!

Oh my! I think that's a litte too hot for me!

Last year we went April 24th thru April 30th and it was great. We where amazed there was no crowds. I would go that time again.

Sounds like the end of April might be the best time then.

Anyone else?

I was there April 26th - May 2nd. The temp was mid 80's at best.

We typically go in the heat of summer end of July early August.

We were there this year a couple days visit in April during the week of 19-23. Weather was warm. MK closed earlier than "normal" for a "private" party on the day we were there and the parade was canceled as well.

We also were there for our family vacation week May 16-23. It was quite warm and very pleasant.

Keep in mind that you want to know that "off season" some of the parks close a bit earlier. You should also check for "special private party closings" as there is no $ ticket refund or reduction if that makes a difference to you.

Otherwise, the Flower and Garden show is spectacular and worth the trip.

We were there May 23-28th. It was HOT, HOT, HOT!

The Flower and Garden show is fantastic. We had great fun at the concert (we saw Paul Revere and the Raiders).

Crowds were a little heavy. I've been there earlier in May and the crowds seemed lighter then.
