Has anyone been to Biergarten with a picky eater?

I looked at the menu on the Allears site, but all I saw that I would specifically call "kid friendly" was mac & cheese. My sweet husband would really like to try this restaurant, but two of our four kids are really picky eaters, one is kind of picky and one will eat anything. What was your family experience at Biergarten?

my picky eater didn't eat. I think we got maybe a roll into her but that's it. But my picky eater seems to survive on air some days so I didnt' worry about it.

My non-picky eaters didn't eat too much either though. The food is a bit different if you aren't used to it and there are not many options. But the show is great and the theme is just amazing

Our picky eater tried a little bit of everything. I remember having the same concern, but she really got into the spirit of the whole event and at least tried all different foods. I remember everybody leaving full and happy. It's a great show and atmosphere. Our family would really have missed out on such a great evening and such fun memories had we erred on the side of picky eating.

We took a vegetarian to biergarten

and she loved it!

There are a lot of different options there, our kids enjoyed it (they are omnivores, tho).

Besides, if you drink enough beer flights, you won't notice that your kids are eating from the dessert section the whole time...

Definitely one of our favorite family restaurants-love that polka music, too.

We were there in 2004 with the whole family. Where DH and I liked it, the kids refuse to go back. So now we consider this an adults only restaurant. The show was good and the atmosphere was really cool.

My kids really ate well at Biergarten! I told them there would be different kinds of sausages - they like breakfast sausages, so this was my way of getting them to be open minded. They looked at all the brats and sausages and chose a couple of them to try. They loved the potato soup and pretzel bread. There was also roast chicken, roast pork and roast beef bites - they loved those too. There were a couple of potato dishes and the mac & cheese. My kids ate A LOT at this buffet.

Well, I think we are going to give it a try. I think as long as there's mac & cheese, lots of fruit, bread and dessert, we'll be okay! It's sad, but true.

I myself am a horribly picky eater (and not a fan of German food) and found a lot to eat. The chicken, mac and cheese and Barvarian cheesecake were great!!!

one word: Pretzel bread!!! Ok, so thats 2 words, but omg its sooooooooo good, plus with the atmosphere, it was really fun, they had meat that tasted to me just like bolonga, and another tasted exactly like hot dogs..but you wouldn't know unless ya tried them! But they had chicken, mac and cheese, and the dessert, which was very yummy!!
Now, i have 3 kids..i would bet 1 of them would just eat the bread..lol..but the other 2 are more into trying things..if you have kids that everything is just yuck, without trying..then i would say don't even bother.

Jusy made an ADR here today for our upcoming trip...it was our 4th choice.. I am pretty iffy about it, since I am such a picky eater but I have decided that if I find it not to my liking then there are plenty of incredibly yummy snacks around Epcot that I will have to fill up on!!

My picky eater ate a hot dog and pretzel bread. My not so picky eater ate the roast chicken, hot dog and bread. The adults loved it, but my kids don't want to go back. I think we'll wait a couple of years before we try it with kids again.

My friend didnt eat either, she just drank the beer!

They do have salads, hot dogs, roasted chicken, potatoes, carrots, rolls, sliced meats and cheeses too.
