Has anybody heard about Free dining and "free park tickets"?

I was on the Disney official website and saw this promotions with free dining and free park tickets!!!!!! Has anybody heard about this and who has reserved a package.

Tickets are NOT free. Just dining. Free Dining package

You get free dining when you book a room and ticket package. It is a Great deal!! This is the second year we are doing this.

For a while they had a promotion that if you bought a package the Hopper and Water Fun options would both be added to the MYW Base Tickets at no additional charge (A $95.85 value for each person).
