Has anybody else's loss ever been YOUR gain?

Yesterday, I was leaving work when out in the parking lot near my car I spot two of the giant rented strollers. These things are like $4 apiece to rent and you get $1 back when you return them. I was so shocked somebody didn't return them that I returned them myself and got $2!

Has anybody's loss ever been your gain..in a good way?
