Has anybody else had a mini panic about visas?

oh my god - just had a bit of a heart skip when i was looking for the luggage allowance in a virgin brochure which i picked up sept 05 "anybody with a new passport issued after 26 oct 2005 require a visa" both me and dh have had new passports in april and as we are going friday just had a real mini panic!! We are ok though as the visa waiver has been extended as you all are aware as i have just had to look at every website i can think of..... i am at the point now of getting a bit nervous that we have done and got everything ... so a bit of reasurrance is wot i need now.....

I might not be too up to date but believe 'the date' has been extended

Dont worry it was extended till October this year and I think it has just been extended again.
