As the title says really. We booked a hotel with them under their offer of pay hotel direct but they've tried to take the money today. We don't go until the second week of Easter. The only reason they've not been able to take it is somebody cloned my card so had been cancelled. My husband is speaking to them at the moment but we were always under the impression you pay when you arrive at the hotel. I know we've done that before, maybe it was with Expedia. So annoying. I'm just trying to find their T&C's they're being very unhelpful. Thanks.
